Solution

Restore quarantined files after you have closed scanner

If you have already closed the ESET Online Scanner window without restoring quarantined files, restore quarantined files after closing the ESET Online Scanner window.

Deleted files cannot be restored

If you selected the check box next to Delete application data on closing before clicking Submit and close, you cannot restore the quarantined files.

Restore quarantined files immediately after scan

  1. After you have completed a scan, click View detailed results

  2. Click Restore cleaned files.

  1. Select the files you want to restore and then click Restore files.

  1. Click Continue

  1. Click Finish.
    Your quarantined files are now restored.

Restore quarantined files after closing the ESET Online Scanner window

  1. Right-click the.exe file you downloaded previously to launch Online Scanner and Run as administrator.
     
  2. Click About ESET Online Scanner.

  1. Select the files you want to restore and then click Restore files.

    Your quarantined files are now restored.
